Happy Half Birth!

I tend to have this weird thing about my half birthday, I always act like it's an extra birthday, just for presents though, not the aging :) Buuttt, not until last year, on October 4th (my half birthday) has anyone actually celebrated it with me! (I do know it's a dumb thing to "celebrate" haha I just think it's fun to make a big deal of...) Last year Spence and I were dating and I started telling him that my half birthday was coming up! And I kept making a huge deal of it, not really expecting anything out of it. But of course, the most thoughtful Spencer in the world, gave me pearls, and a rose, and the sweetest letter for it! If I could post that whole letter, I would. It was seriously the cutest thing I have ever read. So at this year, when I realized his half birth (when you say it you half to say just half of birthday, "birth", get it..??) I decided I needed and really wanted to do something for him and surprise him! He had been wanting a new phone case for a while, so I got that for him, and then all of a sudden about a week before, my dad offered us free Luke Bryan tickets!! A friend of my dad's from work won them on the radio, and she offered them to us! SO sweet of her! Also, Spence and I have been talking about how we really need to get some two people games so we don't just watch Netflix all night! So I got Connect 4 and Jenga! But not just any Jenga... Jenga BOOM!! Haha it's so fun.

And then last night, the Luke Bryan concert... SO GOOD!! He is so good live and we had so much fun watching him, and watching the drunk people around us :) We were so lucky to get those tickets and to be able to have a fun date night together :) One guy we had take a picture of us said that Spencers new phone case is so "cute" hahaha. Not sure how much Spencer loves it anymore! However, it's plain black and leather, not sure how that qualifies under cute? That guy may have just had a few too many to drink :)

Fun week!

Spence and I are having so much fun being married! It's so nice to be able to be together all the time and do everything together. We are making so many fun memories! Even just the simple ones :) We had a good week this week! We FINALLY had the opportunity to go see Spencer's little sister, Tara, in her soccer game. We've been wanting to go for forever but they are usually far away, and during work hours, so we haven't had the chance yet. Now I'm no soccer fan, but let me tell you, Tara is aammaaazzziinngg!! It was so fun watching her! They did so good, and who knew that a little po dunk small town like Heber... ;) could have such a good soccer team!

Also, I got to go to the beautiful Sari Christensen's bridal shower! Just a little shout out to Sar, she has been such a great example to me! She has always been such a good friend and is always so fun to talk to and so happy! She is hilarious and so beautiful! I am so lucky she and my mom became such good friends so I could have the chance to get to know her! I'm so happy she has found the man of her dreams and hope he will make her as happy as she deserves to be! Love her!

And then just a little shout out to my cute husb. His work schedule right now is where he goes in later than I do, so he's been preparing breakfast in the morning, he is SO SWEET! I never even made breakfast when he went in first! We've been able to eat breakfast together, and then make lunches together for the day :) I can't imagine a better way to start off our days! It has been the best. My fave so far is when I came to the kitchen for breakfast and he had this set out....

 

 

Haha how cute is he! He was so excited because it was such a colorful breakfast! Haha he's just a kid at heart is all :) I'm convinced I married the best of the best and I couldn't be happier about it! So in love and so happy!

 

Wedding Day Pictures!

So Spence and I got back the pictures from our wedding day this morning... I LOVE THEM! We have so many good ones. With family, friends, each other, everyone who supported us, we are so blessed! There are 901 of them, so obviously I can't share them all... but will post quite a few just for anyone who wants to browse through them! We were so blessed on this day and appreciate everyone's love and support so much, thank you all!!

That's wayyy more than I planned to post and still so many more I want everyone to see! One day I won't be so lazy and will get to posting everything on FB :)
