NEW CAR!!!!

NEW CAR!!!! I’m so obsessed with it. It’s a 2013 RED Dodge Dart. How we came to buying this car? I’ll tell you. Saturday afternoon Spencer says “I was thinking we could go test drive cars today..” and I’m all.. “Uhh.. what’s the point of that if we’re not going to buy one?” And then he told me that if we test drive, we get free movie tickets! Haha so I just kinda explained that yes that’s cool, but I know I’ll end up really liking a car and really wanting it and being sad that I can’t have it and would rather just not have that happen. So he says “Maybe we’ll buy a car then!” haha not smart of him to say, because that’s right when I knew I could talk him into a car if I REALLY loved it! And that’s just what happened! We drove and drove a bunch of used cars, and I liked some of them! I just didn’t love anything, and I figured, if we’re going to buy a car I’m just “okay” with, we might as well keep my car, cause I’m “okay” with that as well! Then we were inside talking to the sales guy, and Spence started looking at the cars that were on display inside. Dodge Avenger, and Dodge Dart. He LOVED the Avenger. We just assumed both of those would be way more expensive than what we were prepared for or looking at. But when we asked… they were pretty close to the same price as the used ones we’d been driving! Needless to say, I have the best Husband ever. Because he LOVED the Avenger, and I LOVED the Dart. And he got me the Dart :) I’m so happy!!!! I did have to sweet talk him a bunch, and we spent FOOORREVERR with the sales guy getting the price down, but we finally did it! It is the nicest car and so cute and so perfect! I think Spencer is a little bit jealous that we bought it for me :) he still claims his Audi is better though! 

Goodbye Lancer! It treated me well, alas, I really was NOT sad to see it go :)

Happy Birhday Eddy!

We had such a special birthday this week! Cute little Eddison James Wittwer turned 2 years old. He is a down syndrome boy, with bright red hair, and always smiling! He is seriously a ray of sunshine. We love watching him learn and grow. His parents threw a fun Halloween birthday party for him! All of the Nieces and Nephews dressed up in their costumes…(I was tempted to as well) and we had yummy soups and watched the CUTEST videos of Eddy.

 It was so fun partying with this family. They are so sweet and we always have so much fun with them! I’m so lucky to love my in-laws so much! A lot of people don’t have that blessing J So happy that cute Eddy was brought into this world, and placed in the BEST family for him. We love him so much!!

3 monthaversary!

Happy 3 months to us!! Best 3 months of my entire life. For our 3 monthaversary I made lasagna for dinner, and we decorated cupcakes for dessert Halloween style! And we just stayed home and hung out together. That’s our fave thing to do. We’d probably choose staying home and hanging out just us over going out most of the time :) It’s so fun to have that kind of relationship :) We are so lucky!

Family Fun!

We had such a fun weekend with both of our families. Friday night my brother called and asked if we could babysit my niece while he went to the Pleasant Grove Football game. I'm always jumping at opportunities to babysit her and hadn't seen her in a long time so I was excited! She is just the funniest thing and has such a great imagination! She makes up so many funny games that no one ever has any idea what's going on, besides her. So her and I were just saying funny things and making funny faces at each other and she was laughing sooo hard. And then she says "I can't handle! It's too funny!" haha "I can't handle" not, "I can't handle IT". I was laughing so hard and have told just about everyone I know that that happened at this point. I'm pretty annoying with how funny I think she is. One more story, she kept telling me that I was so "Cleber" (Clever) and so I asked her what cleber meant and she says I don't know what does it mean? And I said I think it means smart, and she says.. "Yeah, i'm pretty sure it means you're beautiful" hahaha and she kept calling me cleber all night. And I said "Adalie do you love me?" and she says.... "No, you're pretty and have beautiful clothes.".... haha I'll take it :)

I'm pretty sure SHE is the beautiful one :)

Saturday we went up to Heber so I could help Spencer's sister Tara get ready for homecoming! She had 50 minutes between the day date and the dance to get ready, and I was no help at all! Haha they did a Great Gatsby theme and she and her date looked SO GOOD! It was fun to watch him pick her up and reminisce back to High School dances..(the worst).

After she left we went over to Spencer's brothers house for a birthday party for our Nephew Landon! There is no cuter 1 year old than this boy. He is always smiling and so happy! He's even smiling while he cries... literally. We had no idea what to get a one year old... so we decided to give him the cardboardish thing that wrapping paper wraps around..? No idea what it's called. But he honestly LOVED it! By far his fave gift. 1 year olds are so easy to please :) We had so much fun playing with him and his brothers and sister. Definitely much needed family time :)

Then on Sunday it was the Primary Program for our Nieces Lyla and Scarlet in Salt Lake! They had a singing duet so we wanted to go watch them. They are so cute and did so good! Primary Programs are hilarious I love watching them. After we went to their house and had a family dinner and just hung out! 

Well... I've mentioned everyone niece and nephew we have besides one... TESLA! The cutest little girl! I sadly cannot remember for life of me how old she is right now... 5 months maybe? Haha but she's just getting to that fun stage where she can hold her own head up, and is fascinated by everything and loves to laugh! We got to see her on Friday and love playing with her. She is so sweet :)

We had such a good weekend with family members and both feel so blessed that we love our families so much and love spending time with them! We couldn't be happier :)
