Halloween!

Halloween was so fun this year I thought! We went shopping at Savers to find out what we wanted to be this year, and Spencer found this suuuuper cute and fancy AND modest black dress that I could wear, for only 7 bucks :) it was kind of "Great Gatsby" style, so we decided to go with that for our costumes this year! THEN my mom decided to throw a "Murder Mystery" party. And lucky us, our costumes we had already planned on wearing for Halloween worked perfect for the party as well! So on Saturday we got all dressed up fancy like and stuff, and went and did a Trunk or Treat with our ward, which was so much fun! (loved decorating my new car.. :)) and after that we headed over to my parents for the party. The party was so much fun! we all had roles we had to play and act like someone else. It was hilarious trying to be serious about it. And big shout out to my mom for preparing it all! She made the cutest invitations, and had the dinner all ready and the roles all mapped out. During the dinner we kept getting more instructions on what to do and what to say next and things. She did a great job with it!

Murder Mystery Outfits!
We of course won the best costume award!
The whole group
I was the one who got murdered, and then came back in the game as captain of the ship!
Invites for the fun night :)
So once the party was over, I was SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Haha my dress was so fun and so cute, but so tight and so hard to function in! Sooo I decided I probably didn't want to wear that all day at work on Halloween :) It's so active in my office on Halloween and being uncomfortable all day would just be the worst. So I decided to just go the easy route and dress up as a nerd for the day. We get trick or treaters all day long in my office and it's so fun to see the cute kids outfits. My favorite day of the year by far :)
Spencer decided to not dress up ON actual Halloween day, but he still looked cute :)
So first Halloween as a married couple, SUCCESS! We had so much fun with family and friends. ALSO, just have to show a picture of my cute "Ballerina Pirate". She's the best :)

Such a doll!
